The service we offer is extensive and knowledgeable, we understand the importance of having enough space for your event, and we can manage the accommodation for your exhibitors. If you need a drinks reception, gala dinner or a venue for your awards ceremony, we can arrange this as well.

RATE SHEETS
We can provide rate sheets & booking forms for your conferences, exhibitions and events. These look great, are informative and will include the logo of your choice, maybe the event logo or your company’s emblem.

The list will comprise of local accommodation and cater for all budgets. We will negotiate event rates for your exhibitors & visitors, as well as providing special packages for your staff accommodation requirements.

Your events will be listed on the Forthcoming Events page on this website, we will link through to either the event or your company’s website, guests will be able to view information on the hotels, check out map links and we also provide a secure online booking service for guests to make their reservations.

Using this free facility really enhances the service that you already provide to your exhibitors, visitors and guests.
